1. These T&Cs apply to the “Bourne Vets - £25 Off Voucher” offer (the “Offer”).
2. The Offer is available at Bourne Vets only and is subject to service availability (the “Participating Practice”).
3. This Offer begins on 28 April 2025 at 00:01am until 23:59pm on 31 July 2025 (the “Offer Period”).
4. The Offer is available only to clients of the relevant participating vet practice with either (i) new pets which have not been registered with the practice or (ii) pets which have not been registered with the practice within the last two years, in each case prior to participating in the Offer.
5. The Offer can be taken up by redeeming the attached £25 voucher in the Participating Practice. You must either call the practice directly, book online or book at the practice reception in order to redeem the voucher.
6. The voucher can only be redeemed against vaccinations, wellness screens, health checks, consultations, surgery or dental work. It is not applicable to any other goods or services, including medication, diagnostics, food and accessories.
7. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
8. Voucher can be redeemed only once. No refund or alternative will be given for any unused value and no cash equivalent will be given.
9. Voucher cannot be used outside the Offer Period.
10. We reserve in all respects the right to discontinue, withdraw or amend, at any time, for any reason and without notice this Offer.
